Catweek: Meowing in the park outfit

Hello there! Here we have the second post from the catweek, where we put lots of cat apparel on, and have some fun doing cat poses.

For this outfit session we visited again the park that served as location for our first short dates when Dani and I first met. This park is quite near our University so it was the perfect background. But not only that, it is also near to the exact spot where Dani fell in love for cats the first time.

Dani’s family has always been a huge dog lover one, so that sometimes they try to interact with cats (and now Juno) following the same rules you would do with a doggie. That’s why during the first years dating, Dani could hardly understand my getting along with kitties, until near this park, he stumbled upon a sweet one that purred next to his leg. I think that time he fell in love so hard for kitties that has never been able to recover, ha! From that moment on, he was a convert, even crazier than myself, and that’s a lot to say.

This story of course brought us to adopt our sweet Juno, so it is the best and endearing one we can share today!

I am wearing the sweater from Monday’s DIY for the occasion and I also trusted on my “all-the-cats” skirt to match it!

A closer look of the pattern of the skirt that always amazes me (check the first time I wore it, here!), I like how it looks from afar as (weird) flowers, but on a closer look you discover the crazy cat pattern!
