Hello again! I’m glad to be posting on a regular basis although my cold persist (buuh!) but since I don’t want to focus on this stubborn nuisance anymore, let’s quickly move on and take a flight back to what April brought us through our daily snapshots.
This month we got to watch Turist, about a family on a ski trip to the Alps facing an avalanche. Have you already seen it? Although it may sound like a catastrophe movie it’s nothing like it, on the opposite you will soon learn that they survive but they have to nevertheless face a shameful truth: the dad instead of protecting his family runs for his life alone, taking only his mobile phone. It is a slow cooked movie with weird (Twin Peaks style) hotel atmosphere that only adds to the uneasiness between the married couple and their kiddos. It’s that kind of movie that make you discuss what will you do in that case, will your own nature against your rational also make you run for your life?
Apart from the movie, let’s see what else happened during April, shall we?:
I guess that’s all! April went by so fast and mostly spent indoors with our love, Juno. However, there were also interesting reasons to be at home: we are preparing surprises for next month for our blogiversary. We are going to do a little giveaway (as a thank you gift for all of the lovely ones reading right now) and have some news for the blog sections, hope you will enjoy them!
See you very soon!
Sorry to hear you weren’t feeling well, but I’m glad to hear that Juno took good care of you.
Thanks dear Mariko! Juno has been a much better nurse this time. Normally she occasionally checks on me to know If I’m already better, but this time she was always by my side all the time as my best sleeping companion :) Wish you a great May!
Usagui looks so delicious! I wouldn’t mind seeing a full post on it ;P April has been a mix of good and bad weather, but lately the weather has been a bit down, so I’ve been spending a lot of time inside too! (omg I’m excited for your blogiversary!) -Audrey | Brunch at Audrey’s
Oh! Thanks! Since it’s one of our favorite places, we definitely should dedicate one post :) I’ve been dressing like it’s Autumn, I’m very ready to feel it’s indeed Spring. Big hug!
That movie sounds great! I’m sooo behind with reading blogs *sad face* but it’s fun to get to indulge all at once too :) :)
