As of late… snapshots from September

Happy October! Here we are back again with another edition of the collection of our phone snapshots from the last month. To be more accurate with the series this one should include our daily pics from August as well, but since it seems as almost the only pictures we took that month were the ones from Wales and Sintra (already shared!) only our September outings are in display.

September was an ups and downs month, it was my brithday (high) but it also was rough going back to work after holidays (super down after some colleagues issues) and that’s why I’m specially looking forward to this October: the pumpkins’ month with our wedding anniversary around the corner and lots of movies in our favorite film festival.

I feel an urge to take pictures in front of shops’ signs and doors (see Dani making fun of me below)

We went to the cinema to watch Guardians of the Galaxy (so much fun) but Juno will always be the cutest Guardian of the morning light.

Anna and Albert moved to a new home! The apartment is very nice and so is the new neighborhood (Gracia). Aren’t they looking cute before painting all the living room?

I try to fool everyone making believe I make my own clothing choices, but the reality is that another girl of the family is taking all my decisions ;)

My birthday present from Dani was the most wonderful meal at the Nikkei restaurant Pakta, which was beyond amazing. Have you ever tried Nikkei cuisine? It’s a Peruvian-Japanese cooking style, techniques & ingredients.

Which look like two potatoes are in fact two giant peruvian cheesy popcorns.

I was very happy! Can’t you tell? Maybe the Pisco drink had also something to do with it.

During one of those down days a few boat pictures I saw online inspired us to visit Barcelona’s port. Those views always give me peace.

Aaaand the most amazing thing happened during last week, I received a belated birthday present from my beloved Australian friend (Happiness a million times, thanks!). Although I think some other girl didn’t got the message right and thought this was for her.

Trying to distract Juno by tempting her with the bubble paper, would you keep this cool panda sticker bubbling paper instead?

Well, fool me to think I could divert her attention.

Coolness! That dino origami is already sitting on top of my Alice in Wonderland book in the living room and the vampire lips will be my inseparable mate at Sitges Film Festival. There was another wonderful item in my parcel that will remain still a mystery (until I give its proper presentation).
