Another month has come and gone and here we have a new edition of our phone snapshots series. March was a little whisper, a stubborn fella that was resisting to let spring weather overcome but nevertheless brought us hope and light. However, if we take a look at the pictures, March was mainly divided between food outings and Juno photo persecution; although both things, I guess, could be applied to any month of the year, ha!

We discovered two new restaurants: Mano rota, based on well-cooked fresh products & with a tasting menu, and Niño Viejo, a mouth-watering tacos place. Since I decided to use the tripadvisor app to save our wishlist I’m much more aware to try new restaurants out, because when we plan a food date I always first check the list before repeating one of our already favorites. I have tons of ideas to improve this feature, so if anyone is working in the tripadvisor phone app, give me a call, just kidding! (kinda…).

We also enjoyed our second visit to the Van Van market (check our first visit here!), this time they drove the food trucks to Glories, a renovated area in Poble Nou (remember our recent outing in this district?). We were able to repeat eating from our favorite van, Caravan made, to try their new sandwiches inspired by their recent trip to Thailand: think super yummy curry and peanuts added to their chicken and pork respectively. But also we discovered new food trucks, La Agosarada that delivers fish dishes and Warike selling peruvian sandwiches (called Sanguchos). Both were a hit for us! Dani is still day-dreaming about the sanguchos.
Well, I must stop writing about food now, please mind me because I’ve not eaten since breakfast and my head can’t thing about anything else. During March we also had fun with Juno, bought new bed linens from Ikea and went to a very butterfly-ish exhibition. Hope you like the pics!

What have you been up to? Did you stay more at home than usual? This was our case! We were honorific members of the staying home club. What are your plans for this April? We have a couple photo-shoot date (eek! excited!) and DIY plans.
Oh! Can’t end this post without thanking all of you who smiled with us with our super silly April fools, big big big thank you!

… and talking about silly things, just discovered the button that triggers Juno’s tongue ;)
the butterfly installation is so neat. and the last picture! so cute! :D
So many people passing by commented that they wanted to make the same butterfly wall art installation at their home :) It really made you felt like a storybook hero.
can i join you on the staying home club? haha :) and that button though… boop boop!
Of course, the more the merrier! That’s the best club out there, right? wink*

It was yummy! Looking forward what April has in store food and other things wise ;)
Oh this looks so great! I had a very hectic, busy and kind of depressing month. But it won’t get me down. April will be way better!! I love your happy, bright and sunny pictures. Juno also makes me so happy, and I really like those Ikea bedsheets!
Sorry to hear that you had a bad March, dear Louise. I wish you the best for this April, it has started a little down for me (rough work issues yesterday) but I hope this means that everything will go up from here.
A wonderful sweet March recap c: Loveeee

It was amazing, as they were still installing it we weren’t able to take a picture to the big wall but it was like 4m high full of butterflies!
