Hello! This little corner of us has been a little quiet lately, however we do have lots of post schemed (isn’t this word appropriate with Halloween so near? ha!) for the following months, hope they will make amends! Today we have a new edition of our snapshots series, those pictures we take with our phones during our daily adventures that have not been able to share before in any post. It’s always so fun to look back to the month and see the little bits and odds, they are certainly also to be cheered!
Taking into account the amount of pics we have from October we realize that our phone has been as quiet as our blog, no surprise, right? We were busy watching non-stop movies at Sitges film festival, but also had time to organize our home a little bit; not only the closets are now much more clear and tidy but we finally decided to take our rug out to the cleaners.
I don’t want to share lots of (yuck!) details, let’s just say that Juno loves to throw her hairballs on the carpet (although we miraculously have taught her to run to her littler box, which works half of the time). Hence, professionally cleaning the rug was quite a priority. Since I am not sure that they are going to be able to remove all the stains we moved ahead and bought a new one to use our oldie as a spare, having two rugs will work better for us and specially for Juno. Do you like our new rug? It has a similar vibe with the colors, but it’s a little bit more shiny which also gives more playfulness, at least I hope its does!
Do you remember how in the last post I mentioned we were going to a Mexican restaurant for our wedding anniversary date? Well, it was delicious! The restaurant was empty only a few tables here and there, we thought it was because a Tuesday may not be the best day of the week to have dinner at a fancy restaurant, but then when we got home and I called my mom, she told me that there was an important soccer game that day. Europeans are obsessed with soccer above all sports, luckily neither Dani or me had any interest and we could enjoy the restaurant almost for ourselves.
We are planning a little Halloween soiree at our home with the lovely Elena and Eugeni for this 31st, which will be my first time throwing a dinner that day, but that will be another story for the end of this week, keep tuned to our Halloween dedicated posts! Too exciting!

Hello guys! This Mexican Restaurant stole my heart!!!!!!!! Do you want to write a review of this restaurant on match-up mag website? I’m serious :)
Happy anniversaries btw <33
Oh!!! Thank you Deniz for the well wishes! :) We would love to talk about Hoja Santa at match-up! We’re contacting you to know how. xxx
Found your site while trying to find a review of the Stockholm rug – it looks great in your place! How is it holding up over time?
Thanks! We love the Stockholm, it is holding great. We used to had the Alvine Ruta (also from IKEA) and the Stockholm is a little more slippery in our wood floor than the Alvine, but we bought an anti-slip and it went great. Hope this helps you! :)
